Remote real-time support is a unique service that enables a SAFLOK technical specialist to resolve certain system issues by “remotely” logging-on to a customer’s system.

To activate this service you will need a six-digit pin code available only from a SAFLOK technical specialist. Each pin code is session specific and expires at the end of the session for security purposes.
